摘要
从原料制备、烧结助剂、烧结工艺等方面详细介绍了促进PZT压电陶瓷低温活化烧结的方法,分析了晶体缺陷促进活化烧结的原理,并简要说明了烧结技术的发展方向。指出,在材料制备与应用的过程中,缺陷的生成对研究活化烧结工艺、降低制造成本以及制备性能优良的PZT压电陶瓷都具有重要的意义。
The method of promoting low temperature activated sintering technology of PZT ceramics is introduced in detail from aspects of material-preparing, sintering aids and sintering technics, etc. The principle that activated sintering is accelerated by crystal defects is also analyzed, and progress tendency of the sintering technology is prospected briefly. Meanwhile, that the appearance of defects makes great sense for studying technology of activated sintering, decreasing cost of production, and preparing PZT piezoelectric ceramics with prominent performance in the process of preparation and application is explained.
