摘要
TiCl3饱和NaCl溶液中采用外加添加剂尿素的新技术,于一定条件下用水热法在玻璃基板上制备出大面积TiO2纳米棒阵列薄膜。研究了尿素含量、反应温度、反应时间和TiCl3起始浓度对产物的影响,并讨论了反应机理。
Large scale TiO2 nanorods array films are fabricated on the glass substrates under certain conditions via hydrothermal reaction using the TICl3 saturated NaCl aqueous solution adding urea as additive (the new key techniques). The affections on the products by the factors of the contents of urea, the reaction temperature, the reaction time and the concentration of TiCl3 are studied, and the optimal reaction conditions are 0. 15mol/L TICl3 saturated NaCl aqueous solution, additive(urea/Ti^3+ mola ratio 1/10), 170℃, and 4h. The mechanism of reactions is discussed.
