摘要
利用平衡计分卡中部门指标分解的工具——指标分解矩阵表,以高校学生工作处为例,将高校整体办学目标分解为部门具体绩效指标,总结出制定针对高校不同行政管理部门的绩效指标的一般方法,并提出高校行政管理部门考评实施的新思路——关注内部利益相关者。
This article,taking students' affairs division in a university as an example,uses the index resolving table in balanced scorecard to resolve the department's performance index from the whole goal of the school.It summarizes the general method of formulating performance index in different administrative service division of the university,and proposes a new way of thinking of the performance evaluation in administrative service division——taking care of stakeholders.
