摘要
通过输入单频信号及风压信号,检验气动总管对输入信号的气动平均性能,试验结果与计算得到的理论值吻合得较好.考察了输入管位置对输入信号气动平均性能的影响.归纳了影响气动总管气动平均性能的因素,认为输入管位置对气动总管的工作性能影响很小,并指出气动总管制作时密封性的重要性.
The single-frequency wave and wind pressure being used as the input signals respectively, the pneumatic-averaged property of manifold is verified. The experiment results agree well with the theoretical results. The results indicate that the position of the input tubes has little effect on the pneumatic-averaged property of manifold, while the seal capability is very important for pneumatic-averaged manifold. At last, some important characteristics of the pneumatic-averaged manifold are summarized, which provides a basis for the design of pneumatic manifold.
