Game Analysis on Marketing Allocation of Urban Undeveloped Land

运用博弈论的方法分析政府在促进闲置土地的市场化配置过程中与闲置土地使用权所有者(开发商)之间的博弈均衡问题,结合上海实际,通过建立一个一般意义上的完全信息动态博弈模型,并对模型进行扩展分析,探讨闲置土地市场化配置的最优路径,同时提出相应的制度创新的建议.

Based on the game theory, this paper analyses the equilibrium between the government and the usufruct proprietors of the undeveloped land in promoting its marketing allocation. On the basis of a case study of Shanghai, a dynamic game model of the complete information is put forward. Then the optimal methods on marketing allocation of the undeveloped land are discussed, and some proposals on systematic innovation are also put forth.
