激光治疗糖尿病视网膜病变223例的临床安全性分析

Analyzes clinically not safely factors of laser treatment diabetic retinopathy

目的:分析激光治疗糖尿病眼底病变过程中的不安全因素。方法:回顾性分析223例散瞳后用法国“光太”眼底激光机行眼底血管病变的治疗过程。对激光机的故障情况、患者的治疗效果、医护人员的防护现状三方面进行调查。结果:运行4年来,眼底激光机发生故障5次:患者治疗有效率84.6%,无严重并发症:在治疗过程中,除主治医生配带防护眼罩外,辅助医护人员不注意对激光的安全防护。结论:在激光治疗糖尿病眼底病变的过程中,机器性能稳定安全,疗效确切,但医护人员的防护意识急需加强。

Objective： To discuss laser treatment diabetic retinopathy not safety factors. Methods： Review analysis 223 cases. Laser breakdown reason, laser treatment result, medical care personnel＇s protection present situation carries on the investigation. Results： For 4 years, the laser machine had breakdown five times, mainly for optical fiber segment damage. Laser treatment diabetic retinopathy effectiveness 84.6%. The medical care personnel does not pay attention to the protection. Conclusion： Laser machine performance basic stable security in laser course of treatment. Medical care personnel＇ s protection consciousness urgent need strengthens.
