摘要
目前舰装消磁电流自动调整仪均为电子控制设备,因设备控制原理和结构等因素,其电路模块较多,大量电子元件集中在电路板(插件板)上,在舰维修调试的工作量很大,特别是要将示波器、频率计、信号发生器等检测设备带进舱室,在窄小的空间内展开工作,既费时费力,又影响设备正常工作。文章针对XC-4(89)型消磁电流自动控制仪的维修调试,设计了对几个主要插件板的实际工况进行模拟的电路,可将其制做一个调试模块,或将几个模拟的电路组合在一起构成综合调试平台,对插件板进行故障检修和参数整定,实现快速检修和不影响设备正常工作的目的。
Degaussing current auto regulater used present in ship makes more working amount with more modules and electro-elements concentrated on circuit board, especially the oscillometer, frequencymeter and signal generator brought into the narrow cabin will pay much time and efforts just because of the principle and structure of electronic controlling equipment. Based on XC- 4 (89) degaussing current auto controllerg adjustment and maintenance, simulated circuit is designed with several circuits combined into one adjusting platform, on which fault diagnosing and parameter conformity can be achieved, quick check can be carried out.
