根据易拉罐和建材铝板的不同要求确定化学转化剂的成膜体系,考察了影响转化效果的因素,探讨了转化膜的组成及形成机理。研制PT系列化学转化剂稳定性好,可显著改善铝材的抗腐蚀性及对涂料、油漆的附着力。

Forming film System of the Chemical conversion agent was defined on the basis of different gist of the ease-opening tank and construction alaminium material,the factors of affecting effect were investigated,the component and forming mechanism of the converting film was studied. Developing PT Series Chemical Converting agent has good stability. It is meet Aluminium Material's demands.
