摘要
借助于现代仪器,对国产的两种R4240磁头、两种R4061磁头和KST磁头工作面的磨损形貌、表面轮廓和磁头的电磁性能进行了周期性的观测分析。结果表明:磁头工作面硬磨料磨损的机制是犁削导致反复塑变。含一定量铌(Nb)的坡莫合金耐磨性较好。铁蕊和屏蔽罩材料组分相同、硬度相近时,磁头工作面的磨损比较均匀,间隔损耗较小。
Worn surface, profiles and eletro-magnetic Parameters of Permalloy magnetic audio heads R4240,R4061 and KST rubbed against magnetic tapes are detected at every wear stage by modern instruments. Resusts Show: the mechanism of abrasire wear of the heads is plastic deformation resulted from ploughshare. The wear resistance of permalloy containing niobium is better. When cores and cases are of the same component and suitable hardess,the wear is regular,and the distance deteroration is much smaller. Upon these,the outhor put forward the train of thought of in-proring the wear resistance of magnetic heads.
