摘要
针对连续刚构桥施工中因预应力管道堵塞需在顶板开槽疏管的问题,结合工程实例,通过建立有限元模型,分析了不同开槽深度和长度情况下顶板横向预应力的损失,讨论了由于开槽造成局部预应力损失的影响范围,指出开槽疏管可能成为箱梁桥面板纵向开裂的主要原因之一,并提出了改进和处理意见.
Aimed at the problem that continuous rigid frame bridge's top slab needs to be notched because of the pipeline plugging during construction, transverse prestress loss of the top slab under different notched depth and width is analyzed by FEM special analysis program. Besides, the influence circle of local prestress loss due to the notch is discussed, and the advice that dredging notch may be the main reason for the longitudinal crocks on the box-beam slab is shown and at last the corresponding improving measure is suggested.
