Enterprises plays a very important role in the economy of our country, so evaluating its total competitiveness seems much pressing. Using integrative judging methods in fuzzy mathematics to make the fuzzy information quantified, making a quantitative evaluation and applying the principle of ＂Max membership＂ ,the functions of enterprise＇s competitiveness can be estimated. Finally, the model is feasible in an applying case.
