摘要
教育培训正日益成为现代企业管理作为开发人力资源的重要方式和手段,成为培育企业文化、构筑企业核心竞争能力的基本途径。本文主要围绕着我国企业的教育培训,重点分析研究教育培训效果的影响要素,并在文献研究的基础上,提出了投入要素和过程要素对影响教育培训效果的理论假设,并对理论假设进行了实证分析。
As a way of developing human resources, on-the-job training is becoming more and more important in constructing an enterprise' s culture and enhancing its core competitiveness. Aiming at conducting an analysis of the factors influencing the effects of training in the state-owned enterprises, the author reviews related literature and proposes a theoretical hypothesis about the input factors and process factors that influence the effects of training. Based on literature reviews, a positive study is conducted to check the validity of the hypothesis.
