摘要
本文分析了中外预算管理的发展和现状,剖析了我国企业目前实施全面预算管理存在的不足和原因,从企业组织理论的角度提出了克服和解决这些问题的思路和方法。
The paper, taking advantage of western theory on industrial organization to explain the theory of comprehensive budget management, compares the development and the existing status of the budget management in china＇ s enterprises and the western＇ s, analyses causes from such aspects and put forward relevant resolving suggestions.
