糖尿病肾病是糖尿病肾病最严重的并发症之一,但在其早期存在可逆性。本文介绍糖尿病肾病早期标志物的检测技术,包括放射免疫测定法、化学发光免疫测定法、酶联免疫吸附测定法等实验室常规检测方法,以及石英晶体免疫传感器、荧光生物传感器、表面等离子体共振生物传感器和微型电化学生物传感器等检测技术。
Diabetic nephropathy （DN） is one of the most serious complications of diabetes mellitus, but it is reversible at its early period. This paper describes techniques for detecting early markers of DN, including routine methods, such as radioimmunoassay, chemical luminescence immunoassay, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay etc. , and biosensors and microelectrochemical biosensors, such as piezoid sensor, fluorescence biosensor, surface plasmon resonance biosensor etc.
