摘要
用丝网印刷技术制做了铁氰化钾为介体的血乙醇脱氢酶电极,目的在于现场定量测定血液中乙醇的浓度。探讨了血乙醇脱氢酶电极的工作条件及其影响因素,为建立一种方便、准确、快速检测血乙醇新方法提供了实验数据。
An alcohol dehydrogenase electrode using potassium ferrcyanide as mediam has been prepared by screen-printing technique for in situ determination of alcohol concentration in blood. The optimum operational conditions and influencing factors were investigated, providing data for establishing a new method to detect blood alcohol simply, accurately and rapidly.
