摘要
RASA-5RP型四圆单晶衍射仪是上世纪80年代的产品,其计算机控制系统已经落后。本文介绍对RASA-5RP型四圆单晶衍射仪控制系统的改造。改造后原控制系统由计算机、单片机和复杂可编程逻辑器件(CPLD)组成的数字控制系统所取代。实验表明,新控制系统具有准确、可靠、可升级等优点。
RASA-5RP X-ray diffractometer is a product of the eighties of the last century. Its control system is obsolete. This paper describes the reform of control system of the instrument. The original system is replaced with a new digital control system composed of MCU, computer and CPLD. Experiments show that the new control system has the advantages of accuracy and liability and is easy to be upgraded.
