This paper introduces monitor and control of traffic system,mainly deals with software design of system bottom layer PLC and top layer KingView.lt makes the operators can monitor and control the status of traffic signal lamp located in this city＇s main crossroads,and may optimize bottom layer PLC control according to vehicle flux of different region and different period of time at the traffic management center in order to improve city ＇s traffic management benefit.
