摘要 论述了超超临界机组所面临的突出问题——管道的蒸汽侧氧化及汽轮机叶片的固体颗粒侵蚀(SPE)的产生及对机组的危害,阐述了对SPE进行全方位全过程综合防治的思路:通过锅炉的合理选材,选择塔式炉,配置大容量旁路,采用无调节级汽轮机及合理的进汽结构,对汽轮机叶片作抗冲蚀处理,大幅降低热控保护的误动概率及锅炉强停次数,选择合理的启动和运行方式,慎用减温喷水等,能显著降低锅炉蒸汽侧氧化及氧化皮脱落造成的危害,极大地缓解汽轮机的固体颗粒侵蚀问题。 The prominent problems encountered by ultra-supercritical power generation units were discussed, including the steam side oxidation of pipes and solid panicle erosion(SPE) on turbine blades. The reason for the problems and the damage to units were introduced, in addition, the ideas were presented to prevent the SPE problem comprehensively and thoroughly. Several countermeasures can be taken to solve the problems effectively, such as adopting reasonable boiler materials, selecting tower type boiler for use, equipping large capacity bypass system and using the steam turbine without control stage and with reasonable steam inlet structure, taking anti-erosion measures on turbine blades, reducing malfunction probability of I&C systems, employing reasonable start-up and operation modes, cautiously using desuperheating water, etc.
