摘要
为满足对燃气-蒸汽联合循环发电机组培训的需要,研制了390 MW液化天然气(LNG)联合循环发电机组仿真机。在分布式面向对象的仿真支撑环境中,对分散控制系统(DCS)仿真采用激励式虚拟DPU技术,对仿真对象采用图形化建模技术。该仿真机已在广东惠州液化天然气发电有限公司试运行,稳态运行参数及动态趋势与实际机组一致,仿真精度在合理的范围内,达到了预期效果,证实了仿真机所采用技术与方法的正确性。介绍该仿真机的仿真范围与功能、仿真机的构成、采用的主要技术、仿真效果与精度。
For fulfilling the instant need of operation training for gas-steam combined cycle unit, the simulator for 390 MW LNG gas-steam combined cycle unit was developed. In distributed component orient simulation environment, the hardware-in-loop virtual DPU technology was used to simulate the DCS of unit, and simulation model was realized by graphic modeling technique. The simulator has been used in Guangdong Huizhou LNG Power Co., Ltd. to train operators and reached expected effect with consistent static operating parameters and dynamic trends, as well as rational simulation accuracy. The simulation scope, function, construction and key technologies of this simulator were introduced, together with the simulation results and accuracy.
