牛乳中五种无机元素含量测定

Determination of Contents of 5 Inorganic Elements in Milk

对西宁奶牛场34头荷斯坦奶牛乳中钾、钠、氯、总钙、总磷、无机磷、结合磷的含量进行了测定,结果为:钾,34.49±8.42(mmol/L);钠,37.61±26.88(mmol/L);氯,35.18±11.72(mmol/L);总钙,26.25±4.72(mmol/L);总磷,25.58±6.00(mmol/L);无机磷,16.62±3.15(mmol/L);结合磷,9.11±5.00(mmol/L)。总磷中无机磷占65%,结合磷占35%。

The contents of K, Na Cl, total Ca, total P, Inorganic P, combinative P were detemained in milk from 34 Holstein cows in Xining dairy farm. The results were as follows： K,34.49 ± 8.42（mmol/L） ;Na,37.61 ± 26.88（mmol/L） ;CI,35.18 ± 11.72（mmol/L） ;total Ca,26.25 ± 4.72 （mmol/L） ;total P,25.58 ±6.00（mrnol/L） ; Inorganic P, 16.62±3.15 （mmol/L） ; eombinative P,9.11 ±5.00（mmol/L）;the inorganic was 65% ,and the eombinative was 35% in total P.
