用GnRH类似物提高大通奶牛情期受胎率试验

Test of Improving Conception Rate of Dairy Cow in Estrous Period with GnRH Analogue in Datong County

对16头发情奶牛分两组注射GnRH类似物,第一组注射促排卵素3号200μg,第二组注射促排卵素2号100μg后进行配种。结果表明:第一组奶牛受胎率87.5%,第二组奶牛受胎率为75.0%,比对照组分别提高了43.1%和30.6%,但组间没有显著性差异(P>0.05)。

16 Dairy cows in estrous period were divided into two groups and injected with GnRH analogue.The dairy cows of first group were injected with 200μg NO3 gonadotropin releasing hormone（GnRH,g, r. factor） analog, while the dairy cows of second group were injected with 100 μg NO2 gonadotripin releasing hormone. The resules showed that the conception rate of dairy cow of first group was 87.5% and the one of second group was 75.0% which increased 43.1% and 30.6% more than that of control group,but there was not significant difference（ P 〈 0.05）.
