建筑桩基岩土工程勘察工作布置浅议

Discussion on Work Layout of Geotechnical Investigation for Pile Foundations of Building

目前岩土工程技术人员在进行建筑桩基勘察方案布设时,往往存在一些不合理不完善的地方,致使勘察工作布置不能满足设计要求。作者根据多年工作经验,结合工程实例,针对高层建筑或多层建筑的筏(箱)下桩基础和柱下承台桩基础的勘察工作布置,从拟建物单桩(柱)荷载的预估、单桩承载力的估算到勘探孔深度的确定等几方面深入系统地进行了阐述,值得同行借鉴。

There are some problems existed in the work layout of the geotechnical investigation for the pile foundations of building, which result that the layout couldn＇t satisfy the design request. Based on the author＇s experience for many years and the project examples, the work layout of geotechnical investigation for the pile foundations of tall buildings or multilayer buildings are expounded in the aspects such as the estimation of the load of single pile （pole）, the estimation of the bearing capacity of single pile and the confirmation of the depth of drilling hole, which are helpful to engineers.
