摘要
研究了果蔬中农药残留分析检测技术的发展以及应用现状,探讨了我国果蔬生产加工中存在的问题。
This article studied the development and the actuality of the pesticide residue analyzing and inspecting technology in fruits and vegetables. Also it discussed the main problem in the production and processing of the fruits and vegetables in China.
