摘要
仙人掌粗多糖经过活性炭脱色,Sevag法除蛋白,再经透析后,得到纯化后的粗多糖,测得了粗多糖的部分理化性质,发现仙人掌粗多糖由多糖和少量蛋白质组成,不含有淀粉、生物碱、甾体类物质。
The crude polysaccarides is discolored by active carbon, removed protein by Sevag way, and dialyzed by semi permeable membrane. A portion of physical and chemical properties of the purified polysaccarides was analyzed. A there is a small amount of protein, besides polysaccarides. However, there are not starch, alkaloid, and steroid.
