摘要
对JB/T10285-2001食品真空冷冻干燥设备标准中的一些关键技术指标进行了分析,指出标准中干燥仓漏率指标要求过严、冷阱表面温差允许值过大、单位脱水能耗指标有误等问题,并对此提出了修改建议。
Some key technic indexes of criterion of JB/110285-2001 on "The vacuum freeze-drying equipment for food" were analyzed. Results shows that the index of leaking rate of drying storehouse is too small, and the index of surface temperature of cold trap is too large, and some errors about energy consumption of dehydration were found in the criterion. And some suggestions according to the practical engineering are given to modify the indexes of the criterion.
