摘要 通过对套管在13种不同条件下进行的上、卸扣试验分析,阐述了螺纹脂、过扭矩、接箍受外力变形和上扣时错扣等因素对上、卸扣试验结果的影响。指出,螺纹脂涂抹以及螺纹脂质量对套管的上、卸扣、密封性能、及粘结倾向影响很大,而上扣扭矩过大、接箍变形、错扣等情况将会造成严重粘扣现象。 After the analysis of experiments about making-up and breaking-out of casing pipes under 13 different conditions, it is expounded that the experimental result is affected by the factors involving the thread sealant, the excess torque, the deformation of collar under the force and the thread alternating while making up. Meanwhile, it is pointed out that the smearing of the thread sealant and its quality have a great effect on making-up and breaking-out of casing pipes, sealing property and gluing tendency, whereas the excess torque, deformation of collars and the thread alternating will result in the serious thread gluing.
