摘要
介绍了国内外制备原子能级氧化锆、氧化铪工艺的研究现状,并对各种工艺流程的优劣进行了技术经济分析。江西晶安高科在我国率先完成了规模为30t/a的原子能级氧化锆、氧化铪分离工艺中试。其采用MIBK+有机试剂L双溶剂萃取法分离锆铪,得到的氧化锆中氧化铪含量小于0.006%,氧化铪纯度大于98%。
This article introduced briefly the domestic and oversees processes for preparing zirconia and hafnium oxide with atomic energy level. And the technical and economic analysis for them was performed. This paper also introduced the research results of the guidance project of the China National 863 Plan undertook by Jiangxi Kingan Hi-Tech Co., Ltd and the technical characteristics of the MIBK extraction separation system with solvent in pairs. Besides, the development directions of new extracting agent and the new extraction separation system in China were put forward.
