老年高血压病患者脉压与心电图异常的关系

Relationship between pulse pressure and electrocardiogram abnormality in elderly patients with essential hypertension

目的探讨老年高血压病患者脉压与心电图异常的关系。方法对895例60岁以上高血压病住院患者进行常规12导联心电图检查，以脉压≤60mmHg、61～80mmHg、81～100mmHg、≥100mmHg分为4个亚组进行分析；再将高血压病人分为心电图异常与心电图正常2组比较。结果随脉压增加，心肌肥厚、心电图异常逐渐增加，收缩压、平均动脉压增长，而舒张压下降（P〈0．01）。心电图异常组脉压、收缩压均高于心电图正常组（P〈0．01）。结论高血压病患者脉压与心电图异常相关性密切．是评价高血压病危险度及降压效果的重要指标。

Objective To investigate the relationship between pulse pressure（PP）and electrocardiogram（ECG） abnormality in elderly patients with essential hypertension. Methods 895 essential hypertensive patients age over sisty were chosen. Their ECG and blood pressure was tested. They were divided into two group according to the EEG and four subgroups according to the level of PP≤60 mmHg,61-80 mmHg,81-,100 mmHg≥100 mmHg）. Results as the PP increases,the myocardial hypertrophy and the ECG abnormality aggravated, systolic blood pressure（SBP）and mean blood pressure（MBP）increased, but DBP decreased（ P 〈0.01）, tke PP and SBP of abnormal EEG group was higher than the normal EEG group（ P 〈0.01）. Conclusion The PP correlated immediately with the abnormalities of ECG in essential hypertensive patients; it is an important stander to value the risk of hypertension and the effect of decompression.
