福建省社区卫生资源分布公平性研究

Study on equity of community health resources distribution in Fujian Province

利用2004年福建省卫生厅调查的社区卫生服务机构相关统计资料,通过计算基尼系数,评价福建省社区卫生资源分布的公平性。结果显示:福建省社区卫生资源分布的公平性较高,人力资源分布优于物力资源分布,医生分布优于护士分布。

Equity of community health resources distribution was evaluated by Gini coefficient, which calculated with data of community health service organizations collected by Health Bureau of Fujian in 2004. It showed that community health resources distributed equitably, and that human resources distribution is superior to material resources and doctors distribution is superior to nurses distribution.
