摘要
对投资嘉兴的韩资企业人力资源管理现状进行了调查,并从企业文化、当地劳动力市场、社会认知等方面对其现状原因和存在的问题进行深入的分析,为企业、当地政府相关部门、在韩资企业工作的中国员工提出解决矛盾、利于和谐发展的建议。
This paper makes a detailed investigation about the status quo of the human resource management of Korean enterprises in Jiaxing and the labor department of the local government. On the basis of the investigation s the paper analyzes the existing problems of human resources management and their causes in these enterprises from the perspectives of enterprise culture, labor force market and social cognition, etc. And it also brings up some suggestions to settle contradiction and enhance harmonious development for those enterprises, the related sections of local government, and the Chinese workers in these Korean enterprises.
