该文通过对嘉兴学院辅导员现状的调查研究,分析了当前该院辅导员队伍建设的现状与存在的问题,同时提出了改进和完善该校辅导员队伍建设工作的对策和建议。

This article analyzes the present situation and existing problems of the construction of political and ideological instructors team through the investigation on the status quo of instructors in in Jiaxing University. Simultaneously, countermeasures and suggestions are also provided for the improvement and perfection of the political and ideological instructors team.
