鼻胆管引流在急性梗阻性化脓性胆管炎中的应用

Discussion of endoscopic nose biliary drainage in the management of acute obstructive suppurative cholangitis

目的观察经内镜鼻胆管引流术治疗急性梗阻性化脓性胆管炎的疗效。方法采用鼻胆管对18例急性梗阻性化脓性胆管炎病人行内镜下鼻胆管引流术。结果置管成功率为100%,引流有效率为88.9%。结论内镜下鼻胆管引流是治疗急性梗阻性化脓性胆管炎的一种简便有效的方法,能迅速改善临床症状,为以后内镜治疗或外科手术创造有利条件。

[Objective] To investigate the efficacy of endoscopic nose biliary drainage in the management of pagents with acute obstructive suppurative cholangitis. [Methods] Endoscopic nose bihary drainage was done to 18 patients with acute obstructive suppurative cholangitis. [Results] The success rate of lntubation was 100% and me efective rate of drainage was 88.9%. [Conclusion] Emergent endoscopic nose biliary drainage is a simple and efecrive therapy in the management of acute obstructive suppurative cholangitis. It is able to relieve clinical symptoms promptly and create favorable conditions for further endoscopic or surgical treatment.
