Kinematics Research on the Athletic Shushunova Movements' Several Technical links of Aerobic Team in Shenyang Physical Education Institute

采用文献资料法、访谈法、现场观察与录像分析法,对沈阳体育学院健美操队竞技健美操苏苏诺娃动作的若干技术环节进行研究。从运动学角度分析造成动作错误的部分主要原因,并针对目前沈阳体育学院竞技健美操训练的实际情况提出合理化建议。

By documentation, investigation, video recording and photography, the paper analyzes the Shushunova movements＇ techniques from the kinematical factors and finds some mistakes about this performance and puts forward some valuable reference for teaching of athletic aerobic in Shenyang Physical Education Institute.
