摘要
随着我国社会主义市场经济体制的发展,一个“市场决定工资,企业自主分配,国家宏观调控”的新的分配运行机制正在形成。但是,现在存在的问题——在企业普遍增加利润的情况下,劳动者的工资增长速度过慢,增长的数额过少。社会实践的表明,这种情况如不能很好地加快解决,就会严重影响社会主义和谐社会的建设。
