摘要
对测定羧甲基纤维素(CMC)的取代度(DS)方法进行了探讨,发现虽然电导滴定法可较快地和较准确地测定DS,但是易受反应副产物的影响。采用红外光谱法可达到快速测定DS,并且可直观地大致判断出样品的纯度,以决定是否需要对样品进行提纯精制。
Degree of substitution of carboxpoethyl groups (DS) in carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) had been discussed. It was found that the conductometric titration method was affected markedly by the by-products,although this method was a convenient one.The DS could be determined by using infrared spetrum more easily and rapidly, and at the same time the purity of CMC sample might be estimated, too.
