Strengthening information quality education is the requirement of the times. It is the needs of cultivation of creative persons and building an innovative country. It is still the needs of facing up with intense competition and strengthening its development in higher vocational institutes. To concentrate our efforts on strengthening studenents＇ information quality education, the influence and function of the institute library is indispensable.
