抗精子抗体与男性精液参数的临床分析

The Analyze of the Parametors between Antisperm Antibody and Male Sperm

目的探讨抗精子抗体(AsAb)导致男性不育的机制。方法对107例不孕夫妇的丈夫精液中有凝集现象和297例不明原因的不孕夫妇的丈夫进行抗精子抗体检测,利用蛋白芯片法检测其血清中的AsAb-IgM。将AsAb-IgM(+)的精液与正常生育男性的精液各参数相比较。结果107例不孕夫妇的丈夫精液中有凝集现象的AsAb-IgM(+)为57%(61/107),297例不明原因的不孕夫妇的丈夫AsAb-IgM(+)为5.7%(17/297)。这78例抗精子抗体阳性的精液在精液量,密度、pH值等方面无显著性差异(P>0.05)。但是在精子活力(特别是a级精子的百分率)、活率、宫颈粘液(CM)穿透力方面有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论抗精子抗体的存在使精液的总体质量有显著的降低,是男性不育或生育力降低的一个重要的原因。

Objective To study the causeS of male infertility by Antisperm antibody （AsAb）. Methods 107 infecund couples whose male sperms have agglomerate phenomenon and 297 infecund couplesloith In defimitive canses are examined formate Antisperm. antibody. AsAb IgM in their sperm is ckecked by Albume chip. then Compare sperm parameter with AsAb- IgM（ ＋ ） with normal male sperm parameter. Rusults The electropositive rate of male Antisperm antibody in the 107 couples is 57 % （61/107）while the 297couples is 5.7 % （17/297）. Compared with the male sperm in natural birth groups, the spers of 78males with electropositive Antisperm antibody have no distinct difference. Insperrn quantity, consistency, pH - scale and so on （ P 〉 0.05 ） but they have very distinct difference in sperm vigor（ tspecially a - sperms）, dcatharte and peretrabihty （ CM） （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The existence of the male Antisperm antibody spoils the sperm quality chistinctively. It is important in feand cause.
