紫杉醇、氟尿嘧啶、顺铂联合治疗晚期胃癌26例

Paclitaxel Combined with 5-fluorouracil and Cisplatin in the Treatment of Advanced Gastric Cancer

目的观察紫杉醇、氟尿嘧啶及顺铂(PFC)方案治疗晚期胃癌的临床疗效和毒副作用。方法晚期胃癌患者26例,给予紫杉醇(PTX)65mg/m2,静滴4小时,第1、8天给药;氟尿嘧啶(5-FU)600mg/m2,静滴6小时,第1-5天;顺铂(CDDP)20mg/m2,静滴,第1-5天,21天为1周期,至少2个周期后评价疗效和毒副作用。结果全组26例均可评价疗效,获得PR 11例,SD 11例,PD 4例,近期客观有效率42.31%,中位TTP为7.5个月。主要毒副作用为骨髓抑制、恶心、呕吐和脱发。结论PFC方案治疗晚期胃癌疗效较高,毒副作用轻,多数患者耐受良好,值得临床推广运用。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and toxicity of paclitaxel combined with 5- fluorouracil and cisplatin （PFC） regimen in patients with advanced gastric cancer. Methods 26 patients with advanced gastric cancer were enrolled . PTX 65mg/m^2 iv 4hr d1,8; 5 - FU 500mg/m^2 iv 6hr d1-d5 and CDDP 20rag/m^2 iv d1-d5 ; and repeated every 21 days. Results All 26 cases were available for objective response＇, PR llcases, SD 11 cases, PD 4cases. The overall response rates （ORR） and median TTP were 42.31% and 7. 5 months respectively. The main toxicities were bone narrow suppression , nausea / vomiting and alopecia . Conclusion PFC regimen is a high response regimen for advanced gastric cancer with well, tolerated toxicity, which can be practiced safely.
