B型超声诊断胎儿脐带绕颈的临床意义

Clinical Significance of B-type Uitrasonic Diagnosis on Cord Around Neck

目的B超诊断胎儿脐带绕颈,为临床处理病人提供可靠的依据。方法检查时孕妇仰卧位,观察颈周羊水中脐带声像图征象,根据软组织受压的形态判断绕颈的周数。结果1840例中产前B超诊断胎儿脐带绕颈276例,临床证实254例,占检查总数的13.80%,诊断符合率92%。结论观察胎儿脐带绕颈的声像图特征,分析临床本病漏诊和误诊的原因。

Objective To study the clinical applocation of B- type ultrasonography on diagnosing cord around neck. Methods Supine position, exanming repeatedly, longitudinal transverse with clearly displayed fetal spinal column and eerrieal skin line, to fudge the state of cord around neck on appearance of compressed soft tissue, Results In 1840 cases, 276 cases of cord around neck were diagnoded through B type ultrasonography,254 cases were confirmed clinically,accounting for 13.80, confined diagnosis rate was 92. Conclusion Observing cord around neck through ultrasonogram is of important value in clinic diagnosis.
