乳腺肿块针吸细胞学1175例分析

Analysis of Fine-needle Aspiration Cytology on the 1175 Cases of Breast Tumor

目的探讨针吸细胞学在不同类型乳腺肿块诊断中的应用价值。方法用10ml一次性注射器对1175例乳腺肿块患者进行定位针吸细胞学诊断,并与病理组织学对照。结果针吸细胞学对不同类型乳腺肿块诊断准确率不同,总敏感性97.1%,特异性98.5%,总准确率97.6%,总误诊率2.4%。结论针吸细胞学在乳腺肿块诊断中具有较高推广实用价值。

Objective To investigate the accuracy and the application value of Fine- needle aspiration cytology（FNAC） on the diagnosis of different breast tumor. Methods 1175 cases of breast tumor patients were diagnosed by FNAC using disposable plasic injector of 10 volume. And it was compared with pathology tissue. Results FNAC has different accuracy on the diagnosis of different breast tumor. The total sensitivity was 97.1%, and specificity was 98.5 %, and the total correspondence rate was 97.6 %, and the rate of misdiagnasis was 2.4 %. Conclusion FNAC has high spreading value on the diagnosis of breast tumor
