Starting from the cooperative education＇ s connotation of industry, academic studies and scientific research, as well as the development needs home and abroad, this paper states that strengthening the cooperative education of industry, academic studies and scientific research is important to train innovative personnel. In implementing this cooperative education, it is necessary to build the system of training innovative personnel. So it is important to deepen the educational reform, to enhance the quality of education, and to develop the course content, the curriculum system and the teaching method. The paper points out that the cooperative education＇ s connotation of industry, academic studies and scientific research is the most effective way to produce full-scale development individuals, as well as to train innovative personnel.
