Enhancing Students' Professional Ability and Quality Training Under the Guidance of Employment

为培养学生的职业能力和素质,提出以就业岗位调查为依据,制定专业人才培养方案;根据国情、校情、区域经济发展状况和专业培养目标灵活开展产学研结合教育活动;并以有关专业为依托阐述了主要教学环节开展产学研结合教育的具体方法。

In order to foster students＇ professional ability and quality, this paper proposes that professional training be based on employment investigation, and a flexible combination of industry, academic studies and scientific research be according to national conditions, school conditions, regional economic development and specialized training objectives. Specific methods of doing this are put forward with related specialties as the background.
