四种格列吡嗪片的体外溶出度考察

Study on the Dissolution of Glipizide Tablets from Different Manufacturers in Vitro

目的比较4厂家格列吡嗪片的溶出度,为临床选用提供参考。方法采用紫外分光光度法分别测定A、B、C、D厂格列吡嗪片的累积溶出度,绘制其溶出曲线,计算参数T50、Td、m的值,并对T50、Td值进行两两比较。结果4厂家格列吡嗪片的T50、Td值有显著性差异(P<0.05),溶出度均符合药典规定。结论试验结果为临床选药提供了参考。

Objective To compare the dissolution of Glipizide tablets from 4 manufacturers and provide suggestions for clinical use. Methods The cumulative dissolution of Glipizide tablets from 4 manufactures which were represented with A, B, C and D respectively determined by UV spectrophotometry, the dissolution curve of different Glipizide tablets were drown, the T50, Td, m value were figured out and the value of T50 and Td were compared with each other. Results There was a significant difference among the Glipizide tablets from 4 manufacturers in T50 and Td （ P 〈 0.05）. The cumulative dissolution rates of the Glipizide tablets from 4 manufacturers were up to the level specified in China pharmacopeia. Conclusion The results may be used as the basis for rational use of the drug.
