DATA COLLECTING AND PROCESSING INTERFACE FOR TYPE 722 SPECTROPHOTOMETER

为更方便、准确地使用分光光度计对样品物质作定性和定量的分析，减少环境因素对分析结果的的影响，减少人工制作标准曲线的误差和麻烦，我们设计、制作了一个数据采集、数据处理接口（以下简称接口），把ＰＣ－１５００微机与７２２型分光光度计（以下简称７２２）有机地联成一个智能化的分析系统，并介绍了该接口的设计思想、硬件。

To reduce the influential factors of environment and troubles in making standard working curve, a kind of data collecting and processing interface was designed. It can ascertain the concentration of solution conveniently and precisely by detecting the absorbance and is an intelligence system for analysing the concentration by linking up the ordinary PC 1500 portable computer with type 722 spectrophotometer. The designing idea and basic functions of this system are introduced.
