摘要
PBT/PET共混物经玻纤增强后,冲击强度、拉伸强度、弯曲强度/,热变形温度以及玻纤含量均大幅度提高。但玻纤之间以及玻纤与树脂之间的磨耗易引起PBT、PET分子链断裂,特性粘度下降。作增强用玻纤含量一般控制在45%以内。玻纤起增强作用的关键是其表面偶联剂与树脂PBT、PET的偶联作用。树脂基体将吸收的外来冲击能通过树脂与玻纤的偶联传递到玻纤上,再经玻纤分散在较大体积范围内,表现为其力学性能提高。
PBT/PET blends reinforced by glass fibre could obviously increase its mechanical properties, such as impact strength, bending strength, tensile strength and thermal deforimation temperature. The more the fibre contented, the larger the properties change. The fraction between glass fibres and PBT, PET can out down the chains of PBT and PET, which induced the instrinsic viscosity decreasing. Thus, the content of glass fibre must be below 45% in the blends. The key factor glass fibre playing its role is the couple interaction between the coupler and PBT, PET. By this way, PBT, PET resins can disseminate the absorbed energy rapiblly in a large volume, and the mechanical properties can be improved.
