摘要
研究了分散介质、电场种类、表面活性剂以及工作温度和时间对含聚苯胺(PAn)粒子的电流变(ER)液性能的影响。研究发现,以氯化石腊为分散介质的PAn的ER液的屈服应力(τs)最大;ER液在直流电场比在有效值相同的交流电场作用下产生的τs大,电流密度(i)小;随表面活性剂用量的增加,ER液的τs出现最大值,而i和零场屈服应力单调降低。结果表明,无水的PAn的ER液具有高的ER活性、宽的工作温度区间、低的温度系数和好的耐久性。
The static electrorheological (ER) properties of suspensions based on polyaniline (PAn) partially dedoped with ammonia water were studied as functions of types of dispersing medium and electric field, surfactant and temperature as well as operating time. The results indicated that suspensions of PAn particles in chlorinated paraffin oil show stronger ER effect than those in polydiethylsiloxane or paraffin oil. The ER fluid produces higher yield stress ( τ s) and smaller current density ( i ) upon application of direct current electric field than that of alternative current electric field. With increasing concentration of Span 85 in ER fluid, maximum τ s occurs while i and zero field strength yield stress decreases. As a result, ER fluid based on PAn may possibly be applied to actual use because of the excellent characteristics, such as strong ER activity and little current density with low temperature coefficients, high temperature stability, durability and others.
