The Key to Lauch the Anti-corruption Struggle Thoroughly is that Restrictiing Mechanism of Power be Improved

近年来,中国共产党虽然加大了反腐败的力度,但腐败的蔓延并没有得到有效遏制,反腐败斗争的形势依然严峻。腐败现象之所以频繁发生,关键还在于党员干部的权力,特别是一把手的权力缺乏有效制约。要深入开展反腐败斗争,必须从权力授受、权力制衡、权力运作、民众参与和腐败惩治等多个方面入手,完善权力制约机制,形成反腐败的合力。

In recent years, though the Communist Party of China（CPC） has strengthened the efforts of the anti-corruption, the trend of corruption has not been held back effectively, and the situation of the anti-corruption struggle is still severe. The key reason that corruption frequently happens is the power of party leaders, especially the major leaders＇ lack of being supervised. To launch the anti-corruption struggle thoroughly, efforts should be made from the aspects of the granting of power, the supervising of power, the operation of power, and citizens＇ participation in the anti-corruption struggle, and the punishment of the corrupted leaders. Only though these means can the restricting mechanism of power be improved and the resultant of forces of the anti-corruption be formed.
