摘要
应用分层随机取样法,从郴州市27所初中抽取245名教师,采用SCL-90量表和学校人际气氛量表对他们进行调查。结果发现:(1)生活在不同学校人际气氛中,教师心理健康水平差异显著,在健康的人际气氛环境中,其心理健康水平显著优越于不健康的人际气氛;(2)学校人际气氛中的友好往来因子与教师心理疾病的各因子具有显著的负相关。相反,疏远因子与教师心理疾病的各因子有正相关,特别是与强迫、敌意和恐怖等因子呈显著的正相关;(3)学校人际气氛中的亲密、团结、互助和凝聚力因子与教师心理疾病中的各因子呈负相关,但相关不显著。
To study the relationship between interpersonal climate of school and scl-90 result of teachers; 245 teachers in Chenzhou we recollected and assessed with scl-90, They also completed Interpersonal Climate of School Inventory; Results: ① The differences of teachers' mental health are obvious (P 〈 0.05 - 0.01) there exist in different interpersonal climate of schools; ② The factor of SCL-90 of teachers had obviously negative correlation (r = 0.24~0.38, P 〈 0.01) with friendly intercourse; There exists positive correlation not only between remote interpersonal climate and factors of teachers' mental illness, but also factors of terror, hostility and compelling (rc = 0.17、rh = 0.20, P 〈 0.01; rt = 0.13, P 〈 0.05); ③ Such factors of school interpersonal climate as intimacy, union and mutual help and cohesion are negative correlation with factors of teachers' mental illness, but correlation is not obvious.
