摘要
以纯化学试剂配料,研究了微量元素氟化钙(CaF2)、温度以及液相(本文取铁铝酸四钙)等不同条件下对硅酸三钙(C3S)和硫铝酸钡钙(CBAS,本文取化学计量为2.75CaO.1.25BaO.3Al2O3.SO3,简写为C2.75B1.25A3S)矿物形成及共存的影响。运用了X射线衍射分析、扫描电子显微镜、能谱分析以及游离氧化钙的测定等多种分析测试手段进行测试,结果表明,适量CaF2的存在可以有效促进系统中游离氧化钙(f-CaO)的吸收,改善生料的易烧性,使硅酸三钙的形成较为充分;由X射线衍射分析及带能谱的扫描电子显微镜分析知,少量液相的存在可以改善配合料的易烧性,利于CBAS矿物的形成,拓宽水泥中两种主要强度矿物的温度共存范围;两种强度矿物适宜的共存温度范围应在1 360℃左右。
The influence of calcium fluoride (CaF2), temperature and liquid phase (C4AF is selected in the paper) on the mineral formation of tri-calcium silicate (C3S) and Ba-bearing calcium sulphoaluminate (CBA^-S, the chemical measure is selected as 2.75CAO·1.25BaO·3Al2O3·SO3, which shortening is C.275B1.25A3) in several systems is studied. Some analysis methods are managed such as X-ray diffraction, SEM (Scanning Electron Microscope), Energy Analysis and the test of free-calcium oxide (f- CaO).Resuhs show that adding suitable amount of CaF2 can make the f-CaO absorbed easily, improve the burnability of law mix and make the C3S formed fully. With the X-ray, and Energy Analysis, we can see that amount of liquid phase can improve the burnability of law mix and promote the formation of CBAS, which can also open up the existence temperature range of the two strength minerals. The suitable existence temperature range is about 1 360℃ or so.
