超强酸对甲苯磺酸催化合成丙二醇甲醚乙酸酯的研究 被引量:3

摘要 开发了以超强酸对甲苯磺酸为催化剂合成丙二醇甲醚乙酸酯的新工艺,考察了原料醇酸的摩尔比、催化剂用量、带水剂用量、反应时间等因素对转化率的影响,得到原料醇完全转化的适宜反应条件:原料乙酸与醇的摩尔比2.0,带水剂用量8%,催化剂用量5%,反应时间6h。实验得到反应表观动力学的活化能为E=0.1040×106J.mol-1,指前因子为k0=0.789 0×104L.mol-1.h-1,反应服从二级动力学模型。 Propylene glycol methyl ether acetate was prepared by esterification of acetic acid with propylene glycol monomethyl ether . The superacid catalyst p-toluene sulfonic acid was in chemical purity grade, The effects of molar ratio of acetic acid to propylene glycol monomethyl ether, the amout of catalyst and the wa- ter carrying agent and reaction time on the conversion were studied. The results showed that the optimum conditions were molar rati6 of acetic acid to propylene glycol monomethyl ether being 2.0, weight of catalyst being 5 % wt., weight of water carrying agent being 8 %, reaction time being 6 h. The model parameters of apparent kinetics were E=0.1040×10^6J·mol^-1 and k0=0.7890×10^4L·mol^-1·h^-1.
